Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Develops hedging strategies to optimize borrowing costs in INR or FCY
  • Establishes strong industry connections, leveraging relationships with market players
  • Familiarity with accounting principles applicable to corporate treasury is advantageous

General Managerial Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
  • A team-oriented approach, fostering collaboration and cooperation
  • Tech-savvy, utilizing technology to enhance the treasury environment
  • Familiarity with market systems such as Bloomberg and Reuters

Requirements:

  • Education: CA/MBA - Finance (Full-time); CFA certification
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial markets, specifically in Forex Market (FX)
  • Institutions worked with: Corporate Treasury departments
