Job Overview

A high-performance technical expert is needed to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of global experiential and event production fleets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proficiency in event technology, live streaming, and broadcast technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

This role requires a motivated individual who can develop and execute proactive maintenance projects, configure and document broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure, and resolve issues escalated from Tier 3 Incident/Response & Tier 2 Site Operations Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute proactive maintenance projects to ensure fleet reliability and performance
  • Configure and document broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure
  • Resolve escalated issues from Tier 3 Incident/Response & Tier 2 Site Operations Teams
  • Identify patterns in technical issues and develop solutions to deploy globally
  • Utilize scripting to develop efficient methods for hardware and software configuration

Technical Expertise:

  • Navigating and troubleshooting AVCL deployments on corporate network infrastructure
  • General IT and high-performance media on networks
  • Management of proprietary Cloud experience platform services
  • Remote enrollment and configuration of Mac, Linux, and Windows fleet via UEM, SSH, VNC, and Chrome Remote Desktop
  • Monitoring stability of deployment infrastructure
  • Platform and system administration

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with Unix, Windows, and Mac-based operating systems
  • Proficiency with online and event video production technologies
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level network switches and routers
  • Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video, lighting, network, and control
  • Ability to create detailed documentation and project proposals
