• Technology Vision & Strategy:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of current technological needs and anticipate future requirements for our freight forwarding clientele.
  • Define a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business goals.
  • Own the technical roadmap, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation are embedded across all platforms.
• Product Leadership:
  • Oversee full lifecycle product development from ideation and prototyping through launch, scale, and iteration.
  • Make sound architectural and design decisions across multiple technology stacks, ensuring they meet business needs while being efficient, secure, and future-proof.
• Engineering Team Leadership:
  • Build, lead, and mentor globally distributed teams of engineers, QA professionals, architects, and DevOps specialists.
  • Foster a performance culture rooted in innovation, agility, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Technical Governance & Best Practices:
  • Promote and enforce robust standards for code quality, security, performance, and system integrity.
  • Champion automation testing, DevOps adoption, and CI/CD workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining stability.
  Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems, or transportation/supply chain software.
  • Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products ideally in B2B environments.
