Job Title: Cultural Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the management of our Arts & Culture program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Content Coordination (Acquisition, Curation, and Publication)
  • Ensuring partners have access to the content management system and their profiles are correctly set up
  • Providing guidance and support to partners throughout the partner lifecycle
  • Troubleshooting errors and issues preventing partners from using the platform
  • Ongoing communication of progress and project status

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting partners in amplifying their content on the day of its publication and/or on later occasions.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conducting content audits and creating content overviews
  • Supporting the organization and logistics of physical events
  • Driving projects forward with seamless planning and execution
  • Presenting our arts and culture offer to prospects interested in becoming partners
  • Executing tasks related to prospect management
