Job Opportunity: Art and Culture Coordinator

About the Role

Aceolution is seeking a skilled coordinator to manage partner and project initiatives. This remote position is open to candidates based in India.

  • The successful candidate will support partners in amplifying their content on the day of publication and/or later occasions.

  • This includes conducting content audits, writing content overviews, supporting event organization, and driving projects forward with seamless planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Content Coordination: Acquisition, Curation, and Publication

  • Support partners in managing their content on the client's arts and culture program

  • Answer questions and guide partners through the standard partner lifecycle

  • Troubleshoot errors and issues preventing partners from using the platform

  • Ongoing communication of progress and project status

  • Optional: Work with operations teams to coordinate digitization of partner collections

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in partner and project management, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
