Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a strong relationship with prospective students as the primary point of contact for inquiries and admissions consultations.
  • Provide detailed information about university programs, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, career outcomes, and application procedures to guide students in making informed decisions.
  • Assess student fit and readiness through one-on-one consultations and facilitate their journey towards academic success.
  • Monitor and convert leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars, and inquiry forms into applications by following up on potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with academic and support teams to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to prospective students.
  • Oversee the applicant pipeline to meet admissions targets and conversion ratios by tracking key performance indicators.
  • Participate in virtual open houses, info sessions, and outreach activities to promote university programs and engage with diverse student profiles.
  • Support applicants throughout the admissions process by assisting with document submission, fee payment, and onboarding procedures.

 

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory; a master's degree in education, counseling, or management is preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in student admissions, preferably in online education or EdTech.
  • A strong understanding of the admissions lifecycle in a digital environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and video conferencing platforms.
  • The ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong follow-up skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to engage with diverse student profiles (working professionals, fresh graduates, international students, etc.).
