Role Overview

Experienced data engineers are sought after to design and build scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architectures using Microsoft Azure technologies.

  • A highly skilled data engineer is required to lead the design, development, and optimization of complex data systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Delta Lake, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, building and optimizing lakehouse architectures on Azure, and ensuring data quality, consistency, and security throughout the data lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Expert-level experience with Azure Data Services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Storage.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex transformations and performance tuning.
  • Advanced Python skills for data pipeline development and orchestration.
  • Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools for Azure.
