About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled cloud architect to join our organization and leverage expertise in migrating on-prem monolithic applications to scalable, cloud-native solutions.

  • Implement and maintain Terraform and Terragrunt with Monorepo on GitHub for efficient infrastructure management.
  • Establish and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and NX for seamless delivery.
  • Integrate pipelines with unit testing, code quality, and automation test suites for enhanced reliability.
  • Manage AWS Organizations, IAM roles & policies, VPC configurations, and ensure security best practices are followed for data protection.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform for streamlined operations.
  • Support the architecture for composable commerce solutions leveraging AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, GraphQL, Redis, API Gateway, CDN, and multiple AWS regions for scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams using React/Node.js to ensure seamless API integrations and operational efficiency.
  • Design and execute migration strategies for transitioning on-prem monolithic applications to modular, cloud-native architecture.
  • Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions utilizing AWS-native tools and best practices for real-time insights.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments for business continuity.
  • Ensure high availability and fault tolerance across multiple AWS regions for minimized downtime.
  • Support hybrid cloud environments, enabling seamless on-prem and cloud integration for flexibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in cloud architecture & DevOps with a focus on AWS for established expertise.
  • Strong expertise in composable architecture, serverless computing, and API-driven solutions for innovative applications.
  • Proven experience in migrating on-prem monolithic applications to cloud-native composable architecture for successful transitions.
  • Proficiency in GitHub, GitHub Actions, NX, SonarQube for CI/CD automation for streamlined delivery.
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring and observability solutions within AWS for real-time insights.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS networking, security, IAM, VPCs, and multi-region deployments for secure and scalable infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Terragrunt, and infrastructure-as-code best practices for efficient operations.
  • Experience with React/Node.js and microservices-based development for agile application development.
  • Knowledge of Redis, GraphQL, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, and event-driven architectures for scalable solutions.
  • Understanding of CDN strategies for content delivery and performance optimization for enhanced user experience.
  • Experience integrating AWS with on-prem systems and hybrid cloud environments for flexibility and scalability.
