About The Role\Entities>The Senior Performance Marketing Executive will lead the performance marketing practice across paid channels, overseeing strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns. He/She will serve as the go-to advisor for clients, providing strategic recommendations and insights to drive campaign success and client growth.\

As a senior manager, you will design and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms. You will lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Design and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.
\Required Skills & Qualifications\

The ideal candidate should have 5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager is also required.
