About the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive digital marketing initiatives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results across digital campaigns.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee both brand awareness and performance marketing campaigns, guiding social media content and community management strategies.
  • Coordinate with SEO teams to ensure alignment on content strategy, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical optimization.
  • Brief and manage creative assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand tone, performance requirements, and digital best practices.
  • Create and manage detailed project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • At least 68 years of experience in digital marketing account management or client servicing roles in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing including performance marketing, brand campaigns, social media, SEO, and website UX.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies and action plans.
  • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders with data-backed insights.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
