We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met and that our business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To disseminate relevant circulars and notifications issued by regulators on a daily basis to respective departments and track actionable items related to implementation/adherence of said circulars as part of action point monitoring as and when applicable.
  • Settlement of client balances (funds/securities) and having brief knowledge of the same.
  • Preparation of documentation for AP registration/cancellation and having brief knowledge of AP-related compliances.
  • Maintenance of NEAT/CTCL terminal and MIS for the same.
  • Submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and annual regulatory returns to exchanges and handling day-to-day Regulatory Compliance.
  • Cooordinating with exchanges, clients, and departments for any compliance-related issues.
  • Recording data of client transactions.
  • Preparation of various applications/documentation as per exchange rules & regulation.
  • Maintenance of MIS.

Requirements:

We require a candidate with at least 1.5 years of experience in broking. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
