Job Description

You will serve as a key member of our team, providing critical support to ensure the seamless execution of compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all inward and outward correspondences related to regulatory matters.
  • Effectively track and escalate important communications from regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate lists of member documents.
  • Monitor alerts from financial intelligence units and disseminate relevant guidelines to members.
  • Organize and manage processes related to anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for high-impact initiatives and projects.
  • Handle documentation and communication between regulatory bodies and our organization.
  • Custody and management of agreements and undertakings with regulatory bodies.
  • Draft agendas for board meetings.
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring effective compliance operations.
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Adequate knowledge of regulatory functions and requirements.
  • Excellent administrative support skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the exchange ecosystem and operations.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate should possess a high level of integrity, be process-driven, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain high attention to detail in their work.
