We are seeking a skilled Artist Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Artist Manager will be responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management. They will work closely with our influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as creative and business development, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
• Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt resolution of concerns.

Requirements

• Experience of 6 months - 1 year in artist/influencer management
• Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
