Job Opportunity: Snow Developer for Order Management Solutions

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Snow Developer with experience in Order Management to enhance and implement solutions using the Snow platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative enhancements and implementing effective solutions that align with platform standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enhancements identified during UAT, focusing on improvement and optimization.
  • Implement Snow OM and CSM solutions, including simple and complex order capture and orchestration, to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and tech leads to design and implement best-practice Snow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools.
  • Ensure solutions minimize customizations and adhere to platform standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Snow development, with at least 3 years in Order Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Snow development, good knowledge of Snow modules (CSM, ITSM, SPM), and expertise in CSDM.
  • Deep understanding of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and proficiency with integrations (scripted APIs, Integration Hub).
  • Excellent knowledge of Snow platform and core features (CMDB, applications, shared capabilities) and practical experience in portal management & customization.
  • Ability to design, prototype, and transform ideas into Snow solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales and ordering processes (SPM processes a plus).

  • Capable of translating user stories into Snow features with minimal customization.
