Job Position: Global Customer Support Liaison
OverviewOur organization is hiring for a Global Customer Support Liaison role, offering an exceptional opportunity for candidates with a high school diploma and 6 months of BPO experience or fresh graduates.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service Delivery: Provide high-quality support to international customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Effective Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Mandatory In-Office Training: Participate in one month of mandatory in-office training in Mumbai to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
- Schedule Flexibility: Be available for a standard 5-day workweek with two weekly days off to cater to our global customer base.
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be flexible with scheduling, and have the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is also essential.
