Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a technical specialist in Human Capital Management.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR and payroll processes, gathering requirements for various HCM modules.
  • This individual will translate business needs into functional specifications for different HCM modules.
  • Configuration of HCM modules according to business requirements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards is essential.
  • A strong understanding of data migration, validation, and reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI.
  • Data management and validation during implementations or upgrades are critical tasks.
  • Conducting unit, system, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations and developments is vital.
  • Troubleshooting technical and functional issues, delivering effective solutions is a key requirement.
  • Providing post-implementation support and resolving incidents within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is necessary.
  • User training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements is a key responsibility.
  • Collaboration with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system improvements is crucial.
