Collections Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment. We're looking for a seasoned professional with deep analytical skills who can extract valuable insights from data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize CRM performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Collections Management Specialist where you'll be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

  • Develop automations, workflows, and reports to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate and improve data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Provide expert training and coaching to users on best practices and CRM functionality.
  • Analyze pipeline performance, retention metrics, and customer journey tracking to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM administration/management, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to educate users on CRM best practices.
  • Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
