Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Post Production Manager to oversee the project lifecycle, from costing and pre-production through to production and post-production. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to schedule projects, source production partners, and ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain creative integrity and vision throughout production and post-production.
  • Source directors, crew, and cast for projects.
  • Take ownership of productions from initial brief to final delivery, overseeing every aspect of the workflow.
  • Work closely with clients to define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules.
  • Efficiently allocate internal resources, maximizing team utilization and ensuring post-production timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions that align with client stakeholders' requirements.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams.
  • Develop accurate post-production budgets and ensure all stakeholders are aware of budget constraints.
  • Monitor budget allocation, negotiate extensions or additional costs when necessary, and report essential information.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience managing shoot production and postproduction in a creative agency.
  • Able to manage a heavy workload under pressure by prioritizing, planning, and overseeing multiple tasks.
  • Drive efficiency and creative excellence always.
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Good understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology.
