UI/UX Designer

  • Develop comprehensive design strategies to drive 0→1 product journeys from early concepts to production-ready solutions.
  • Create intuitive dashboards, workflows, and complex system interfaces that balance usability and business needs.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct secondary research (content analysis, user flows, information architecture) to inform product direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy.
  • Produce clear documentation to support cross-functional collaboration and design handoffs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Hands-on experience designing for healthcare/insurance projects.
  • Background in B2B SaaS with exposure to complex products, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity.
  • Strong skills in secondary research, information architecture, and design documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and AI tools for design and ideation.
