Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our Mobile Banking project.

The successful candidate will ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory standards, manage project activities, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.
  • Arrange and oversee training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project needs.

Qualifications and Skills

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the Banking/ Fintech/IT sector with a minimum of 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects / programs and at least 3 years of Banking sector experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and mobile app release mechanisms is required.
  • Deep expertise in Scrum, with exposure to one or more Agile frameworks is necessary.
  • Knowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking) and services is essential.
  • The ability to understand application architecture is crucial.
  • A Project Manager with hands-on experience and the ability to manage more than one project at a time is required.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and cloud and microservices-based projects is highly desirable.
  • PMP /Scrum/Prince 2 certifications are preferred.
