Job Title: Strategic Program Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Program Ownership:
  • Lead high-impact programs that cut across multiple departments including Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Technology.
  • Project Planning & Governance:
  • Define clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Establish robust governance frameworks to track program health.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with CXOs, vertical heads, and external partners to ensure alignment, resolve bottlenecks, and drive decision-making.
  • Process Design & Optimization:
  • Build scalable and repeatable processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to guide project direction, identify risks, and propose data-backed solutions.
  • Agile Execution:
  • Use agile methodologies to manage program cycles, prioritize deliverables, and ensure on-time, high-quality output.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • B.Tech from IIT and/or MBA from IIM (mandatory)
  • Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in Program Management, Business Strategy, Consulting, or Operations in a fast-paced environment (D2C, E-commerce, Consumer Tech, or Startups preferred).
    • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
    • High bias for action and ability to work independently
