Lead Academic Excellence Manager

This role involves driving retention and revenue generation in schools by leading a team of academic excellence managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive OA and OI retention across schools through effective management strategies.
  • Lead regional teams to achieve retention targets and capitalize on cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Complete ISV and training as per SLA to enhance performance.
  • Boost productivity through insights shared during weekly team calls.
  • Conduct continuous school connect sessions to measure impact and gather feedback.
  • Monitor travel planning for optimal time utilization within allocated budgets.
  • Ensure LMS usage increases through targeted initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support product marketing teams for government initiatives.
  • Collaborate with digital/product teams for product development/enhancement.
  • Assist sales verticals with GTM strategies, launches, and product trainings.
  • Understand business requirements based on product/market analysis.
  • Review products and provide constructive feedback to tech/product teams.
  • Develop School Engagement Activities to enhance the value proposition.

Requirements

  • Hold a graduate/postgraduate degree in any subject, preferably business management.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Significant experience in managing/leading teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of the K-12 market space.
  • Sound understanding of the K-12 content development process.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability.
  • Problem-solving and creative skills with sound judgment.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency/results-orientation.
