Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage vendor relationships, ensure timely supply of goods and services, and support smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment processing.
  • Monitor vendor performance, service level agreements, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts and operational data.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams in negotiations and cost optimization.
  • Ensure seamless communication with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
  • Support the development of management information reports and operational dashboards.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and enterprise resource planning tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
