Job Summary

As a key member of the AccorHotel team, the Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our personnel files and records. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, coordinating paper flow, and administering employee recognition programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely personnel files and records
• Coordinate and administer paper flow within the Division
• Assist with the coordination and administration of employee recognition programs
• Ensure employee facilities are maintained to high standards
• Assist with the implementation and administration of employee relations, benefits, and compensation programs
• Locate and attach relevant file correspondence for the Division Head
• Type and maintain all correspondence related to the department
• Set up and maintain a systematic and efficient filing system
• Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers
• Greet visitors and conduct them to the employer or appropriate person
• Type, take dictation, and minutes, draft letters, file, and trace correspondence
• Handle outgoing mail by courier
• Prepare submission of medical claims to the insurance company
• Ensure all entitlements are properly recorded and updated
• Handle monthly/weekly requisition of stationery and dry goods stores
• Update employee leave and attendance records on the Human Resources Computer System
• Check and update employee attendance records for payroll
• Support the administration of probationary reviews and performance appraisals
• Participate in the administration and preparation of the in-house newsletter

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
