Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Talent Culture Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely maintenance of manual and electronic personnel files and records. This role will also involve coordinating and administering all paper flow within the Division, as well as assisting with the coordination and administration of the employee recognition program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records.
- Coordinate and administer all paper flow within the Division.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of the employee recognition program.
- Maintain employee facilities to ensure they meet standards.
- Assist with the implementation and administration of employee relations, benefit, and compensation programs.
- Locate and attach relevant file correspondence for the Division Head.
- Manage correspondence related to the department.
- Set up and maintain a systematic and efficient filing system.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Prepare and submit medical claims to the insurance company.
- Ensure accurate recording and updating of employee entitlements.
- Handle stationery and dry goods store requisitions.
- Update employee leave, attendance, and records on the Human Resources Computer System.
- Support the administration of probationary reviews and performance appraisals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Arrangement:
