Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader for Chandigarh

Location: Chandigarh, India

Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,500,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Finance Manager to join our team in Chandigarh, India. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing critical financial insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero and Zoho One apps, ensuring compliance with Australian GST rules.
  • Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, budget forecasts, and cash flow reports, and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support the development and monitoring of budgets and financial plans, conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting.
  • Utilize Zoho Billing, CRM, and Subscriptions to manage invoicing, customer relations, and subscription-based revenue streams effectively.
  • Assist in creating and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgets, providing administrative support for financial operations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Xero and Zoho One apps, including Billing, CRM, and Subscriptions.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian GST rules and regulations.
  • Experience in managing profit and loss statements, budget forecasting, and cash flow statements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
