Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing resources, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs workers engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
  • Maintains security access system including processing of badges of all employees.
  • Responds to all alarms in facilities.
  • Maintains key storage for access to all company facilities and distributes appropriately.
  • Directs workers engaged in ground maintenance activities.
  • Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications, and standards.
  • Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
  • Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
  • Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
  • Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
  • Maintains time and production records for subordinates.
  • Establishes and monitors cleaning schedules for buildings.
  • Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
  • Performs activities of workers supervised.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must meet job requirements and perform duties effectively. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
  • Custodial management, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), security systems, repair techniques, and company policies.
  • Plan and document projects, collaborate with peers, and operate necessary software.
  • Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and instructions. Can write reports and communicate effectively with customers and employees.
  • Capable of calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Able to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions in different formats.
  • Valid driver's license or government-issued ID.
