Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

We are seeking an experienced Subcontract Coordinator to join our team at Praxsol Engineering Private Limited. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and have experience in procurement and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors to meet project requirements.
  • Closely monitor vendor performance and productivity to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during project execution.
  • Prepare and review contracts, purchase orders, and other documents related to vendor engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess vendor capabilities and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in procurement and contract management.
