
Non Voice Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team in Pune.
Job DescriptionThis role involves handling customer queries and service requests via email, live chat, or internal ticketing systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills, typing accuracy, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer queries through email, chat, or support tickets
- Resolve issues related to products, services, billing, or technical problems
- Accurately enter and update data in the system
- Follow company protocols and maintain quality and process standards
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Meet daily, weekly productivity and quality targets
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional responses in all interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a BPO non-voice process or similar environment
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Good typing speed (35 WPM) and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and internet browsing)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if applicable
