Hiring for Non Voice- Pune Job Summary We are hiring detail-oriented and reliable individuals for our Non-Voice Process team This role involves handling customer queries and service requests via email live chat or internal ticketing systems The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills typing accuracy and a customer-centric mindset Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries through email chat or support tickets Resolve issues related to products services billing or technical problems Accurately enter and update data in the system Follow company protocols and maintain quality and process standards Work in collaboration with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Meet daily weekly productivity and quality targets Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional responses in all interactions Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree preferred 0-2 years of experience in a BPO non-voice process or similar environment Excellent written English communication skills Good typing speed 35 WPM and accuracy Basic knowledge of MS Office tools Word Excel and internet browsing Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Willingness to work in rotational shifts if applicable Preferred Qualifications Experience using CRM or ticketing tools e g Zendesk Freshdesk Salesforce Prior experience in email chat support in customer service or e-commerce Knowledge of data entry processes or back-office operations
