**Non Voice - Chat Process**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with international customers through **chat-based platforms**:

- Explain services, resolve queries, and **convince potential buyers**:

- Achieve **weekly sales targets** through follow-ups and product knowledge
- Maintain **quick, high-quality responses** during 8-hour shifts
- Report daily performance to team leads

**Who Can Apply**:

- Age between **18 to 25 years**:

- **12th Pass or Non-Science Graduates only**:

- Basic English **writing skills** are a must
- **Freshers welcome** - complete training will be provided
- Must have **strong earning motivation** and ability to handle pressure
