Job Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, you have the chance to lead our team in delivering exceptional client service. We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the planning and execution of audits, reviews, and compilations for real estate, technology, and financial services clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements concurrently, collaborating with engagement team partners on client issue resolution, and creating and tracking engagement budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engagement team staff on the planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement from staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.
  • Provide supervision and support to the engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner.
  • Collaborate with engagement team partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues.
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA is preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
