Job Title:

Senior Event Production Manager

The Senior Event Production Manager will oversee and manage multiple large-scale events each quarter for executives. Utilizing existing technology infrastructure including Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Meta/Workvivo Streaming, and vMix in addition to various audio and video hardware at on-site and offsite locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and produce multiple large events each quarter for executives with seamless execution.
  • Lead the event production team in the region.
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing production strategies and plans internally.
  • Identify and address service gaps that impact employee satisfaction and experience.
  • Align with corporate communications, marketing, and other stakeholders by understanding ServiceNow's company branding, story, and message.
  • Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills in a dynamic team environment focused on high growth.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets and external vendor partnerships as needed.
  • Build and maintain internal partnerships and cross-functional processes between departments and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions.
