Job Title: Senior Material Handling Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive material handling solutions for steel plants and power plants.
  • Design and optimize conveyor systems, including belt conveyors, silos, hoppers, vibrating feeders, screens, dust extraction systems, trippers, belt feeders, belt weighers, magnetic separators, and bucket elevators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of material handling equipment into overall plant operations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of reclaimer, stacker, screen, crusher, feeder, and other material handling equipment requirements.
  • Prepare detailed process flow diagrams, schemes, and layouts for material handling systems.
  • Develop technical specifications for material handling equipment, including reclaimer, stacker, screen, crusher, feeder, and others.
  • Create bill of quantities (BOQ) or bill of materials (BOM) for conveying systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the material handling industry.
  • Proficiency in Auto-CAD and MS-Office software.
