Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Intern to work closely with our Chief Growth Officer.

This internship offers hands-on experience in the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to networking and client conversion.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas:

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the industrial equipment sector through targeted prospecting.
  • Assist in representing the company at exhibitions and trade shows to understand lead generation strategies.
  • Build relationships with industry professionals online and offline.
  • Conduct market research to support strategy development.
  • Learn cold emailing and outreach techniques to connect with prospects.
  • Support in maintaining records of outreach activities and learn how insights refine sales strategies.
  • Assist in preparing impactful presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Observe and support in negotiations, understanding deal structures and client relationship management.

Internship Goals:

  • Gain experience generating qualified B2B leads through exhibitions, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Contribute to building relationships with decision-makers in the industrial equipment sector.
  • Develop a practical understanding of client conversion strategies in a B2B context.
  • Learn reporting and sales pipeline management in real-world agency operations.
