We are seeking a skilled Proposal Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bid and proposal management group, you will play a pivotal role in the development of high-quality proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and value proposition.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Create professional-grade written content that clearly communicates our company's value proposition and highlights our expertise and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that all content accurately reflects their knowledge and experience.
  • Participate in review meetings and provide input on proposal content to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Evaluate and analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) to develop effective response strategies.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with client requirements and specifications.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in writing and editing technical content.
  • Proven track record of success in developing high-quality proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with ability to quickly absorb and apply new information.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Familiarity with proposal management software and tools.
