Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
  2. Develop and implement performance management strategies, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  3. Collaborate with HR to drive talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth initiatives.
  4. Provide mentorship and guidance to Engineers and Principal Engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  5. Serve as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  6. Work closely with US leadership to align on strategic direction, resource planning, and global priorities.
  7. Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development programs.

  9. Maintain team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities.
