High-Performance Trading Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our high-performing trading team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our real-time trading applications using C++ and C#.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle team assignment and task completion efficiently.
  • Design and maintain real-time trading applications using C++ and C#.
  • Integrate third-party APIs with internal systems to optimize performance.
  • Optimize and refactor codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance.
  • Develop automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability.
  • Monitor and support production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research.
  • Evaluate and implement security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess strong team handling experience.
  • Show strong proficiency in C++, C#.
  • Hold experience with third-party API integration.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in fintech.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
