Key Performance Testing Role

As a seasoned performance testing specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing thorough performance tests to ensure our ERP systems meet stringent standards.

  • Essential: In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP GL Module with Loadrunner experience, test planning, test strategy, reports

You will design performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, executions, result analyses, and provide insight into potential performance issues and deliverables related to performance testing activities.

You will furnish updates on testing progress, lead a team of performance engineers to clearly define test plans, tasks, schedule, and execution of performance testing activities, and identify performance issues prior to reaching production.

You will collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns and issues when creating test scenarios.

You will communicate and assist in remediating performance issues observed during testing.

You will work with other IT members to understand and achieve objectives.

You will integrate performance tests in CI/CD pipelines and establish a continuous build and test cycle

You will develop high-quality performance test engineering principles, strategies, and best practices.

You will contribute input and direction on continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards.

You will mentor and coach QA staff on testing best practices and efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of performance engineering experience required.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (i.e. Loadrunner, Neoload)
  • Hands-on ERP application performance testing experience on ERP applications
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues
  • Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends and databases.
  • Proficient in understanding the testing activities and approaches in different development methodologies (Agile, Iterative and Waterfall).
