About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join our team, handling massive-scale data processing and analytics infrastructure that supports over 5 billion events and more than 5 million daily active users.

This role requires a strong emphasis on automation, resiliency, and cost-efficiency in the design, implementation, and management of our AWS infrastructure.

  • Design and implement stream processing frameworks (Kafka).
  • Handle orchestration and ETL workloads, employing services like AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift, or Apache Airflow.
  • Develop P0 and P1 issues alert and resolution process/pipeline.
  • Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues related to data and infrastructure in real-time.

This is a highly collaborative environment, requiring effective communication with engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, Security Groups, RDS, MSK).
  • Ability to handle large workloads gracefully, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python) and automation practices (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals, Linux, scaling strategies, backup routines, and CDC pipeline.
