Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication
  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with our vision and goals.
  • Content Leadership
  • Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality engaging content across formats written, visual, digital. Oversee design initiatives maintaining brand consistency.
  • Internal Communications & Employer Branding
  • Drive employee engagement through compelling internal communication strategies. Champion our employer brand to strengthen company culture and employee advocacy.
  • External Communications & PR
  • Manage media relations industry visibility public-facing content. Represent our brand in industry events forums and PR activities.
  • Government Liaison
  • Serve as point of contact for government regulatory communication. Manage relationships with stakeholders in public sector engagements.
  • Event Management
  • Plan and execute corporate events including industry conferences internal functions and brand activations.
  • Team Leadership
  • Build mentor and manage a high-performing communications team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Agency Collaboration
  • Work closely with digital advertising creative agencies to execute integrated campaigns ensuring brand alignment across channels.
