As a seasoned engineering leader, you will spearhead the structural team to drive innovation and excellence in our construction projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding a talented group of engineers and modelers, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality outputs that meet project timelines and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and effective resource allocation.
  • Review and provide input on the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation to guarantee accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to facilitate project integration and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, project standards, and BIM execution plans to maintain the highest level of quality and professionalism.
  • Conduct design checks, clash detection, and model validation to ensure precision and accuracy in our deliverables.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery to meet project milestones.
  • Support the preparation of technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals, maintaining transparency and communication throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess at least 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage complex tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and industry standards, with a focus on innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Be proficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE), leveraging these technologies to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Have experience managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models, showcasing your capacity for leadership and collaboration.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
