Job Role : Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer

Experience: 4+ Years

This role is a Functional Consultant that leads the effort to develop, assign, and manage maintenance strategies for field instrumentation equipment. The consultant supports asset reliability by developing and assigning appropriate equipment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform engineering activities covering all key areas of instrumentation technology including field instruments, control and shutdown valves, analyzer, and control systems.
  • Review and update equipment maintenance strategy for instrumentation (e.g. Transmitters, control valves, flow meters, analyzers)
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
  • Understand asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
  • Understand Preventive, Predictive, Condition monitoring tasks with respect to assets.
  • Standardize instrumentation maintenance procedure and test intervals across similar asset classes.
  • Knowledge of hazardous area classification, international instrumentation standards.
  • Skilled Instrument Maintenance Technics with understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of field instrumentation, including control valves, on-off valves, various field instruments
