Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist. This is an urgent open position that requires the right candidate to fill.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse system & cyber audit reports submitted by Trading Members / Stockbrokers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review Management Information System (MIS) for delay submissions, non-compliance, and non-submissions, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Address Advanced Trade Reporting (ATR) & Follow-On non-submissions, delays, and non-compliance issues, communicating with stakeholders via email.
  • Conduct quality checks on System and Cyber Audit reports, ensuring they meet high standards.
  • Maintain MIS for tracking System and Cyber Audit reports, providing visibility into key performance indicators.
  • Approve system & cyber audit reports submitted by Internal Members on the portal, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Review evidence for non-compliances shared by Trading Members / Auditors at level 1, making informed decisions.
  • Resolve queries related to System and Cyber Audit reports, providing timely support to stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) for system enhancement & development, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / final testing of system enhancement/business requirements, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Draft circulars based on relevant regulatory circulars at level 1, communicating important information to stakeholders.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) at level 1, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Verify and authenticate auditor certificates, maintaining high standards of integrity.
  • Manage conflict of interest in audit reports submitted by TM, upholding ethical standards.
  • Coordinate with external entities for resubmission, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Submit Algorithmic Misconduct Reports (AMRs), providing visibility into key performance indicators.
