Job Title: Smartsheet Solutions Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Smartsheet expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Smartsheet dashboards and forms to provide clear business insights and streamline data collection.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrating Smartsheet with Jira and leveraging advanced features to support business intelligence, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dashboards and Forms Design, build, and optimize Smartsheet dashboards and forms to provide clear business insights and streamline data collection.
  • Integration and Automation Configure and manage Smartsheet–Jira integrations for seamless project tracking and reporting.
  • Advanced Reporting Develop and maintain advanced Smartsheet reports for analytics, KPIs, and executive-level visibility.
  • Platform Administration Administer and manage Smartsheet platform including users, groups, workspaces, and access controls.
  • User Support Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Smartsheet Expertise Strong expertise in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
  • Jira Integration Hands-on experience with Smartsheet–Jira integrations (native connector or third-party tools).
  • Reporting and Analytics Proven ability to design advanced reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams.
  • Experience 4+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user.
  • Best Practices Knowledge of Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices.
  • Communication Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Smartsheet Certification Smartsheet Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
  • Integration Experience Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, or ServiceNow.
  • Automation Skills Familiarity with scripting or API-based automation for custom reporting.
  • Methodologies Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
