Mobility Solutions Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Solutions Expert to design, develop, and implement high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart. The successful candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to our mobile app team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Mobile Application Development: Design and develop user-centric, responsive mobile apps that adapt to different devices and screen sizes. Implement clean architecture and state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).
  2. UI/UX Implementation: Convert UI/UX designs into functional mobile apps with a focus on pixel-perfect execution. Ensure seamless integration of graphics, sound effects, and animations.
  3. Integration and Backend Communication: Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, or third-party SDKs. Handle real-time data sync, offline storage, and caching efficiently.
  4. Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and widget tests to ensure reliability. Identify and debug performance bottlenecks, crashes, and bugs in a timely manner.
  5. Performance Optimization: Optimize apps for speed, memory usage, and responsiveness. Implement best practices for lazy loading, API throttling, and efficient data handling.
  6. Collaboration and Project Management: Work effectively with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time and meet project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter development.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter frameworks.
  • Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod). Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics) is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and security principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

  • Experience with other mobile app development frameworks or technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms or containerization tools.
