Structural Engineer Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced structural engineer to lead our projects in Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review complex structural designs for various construction projects.
  • Perform advanced structural calculations and analysis using cutting-edge software tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Create detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering team.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred. 6-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project leadership. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
