Job Title: Expert HCM Professional

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills. As an Expert HCM Professional, you will be responsible for leading functional teams in Oracle Cloud HCM, driving business process improvements, and ensuring seamless data flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring to Retire Cycle Expertise: You will have 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge covering the entire hire to retire cycle, including OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Core HR modules.
  • Technical Leadership: You will lead functional teams and provide technical guidance, support, and training to ensure successful implementation and operation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Client-Facing Roles: You will interact with clients, resolve complex functional issues, and participate in domestic or international travel.

Requirements
  • Strong Technical Skills: You must have strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM, including OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Core HR modules.
  • Leadership Experience: You must have experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business process improvements.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
