Job Opportunity Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer in Reliability, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall health, performance, and capacity of our Internet-facing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point responsible for maintaining the optimal health, performance, and capacity of one or more of our Internet-facing services
  • Gain a deep understanding of our complex applications to effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out and ramp up new product features and technologies
  • Develop innovative tools to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor custom applications
  • Excel in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment that demands adaptability and flexibility
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or relevant practical experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in administering and troubleshooting Unix/Linux systems
  • 5+ years of experience coding in one or more programming languages, including Rust, Go, Python, Perl, Ruby, and web architecture
