Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on therapy practice.

The successful candidate will be providing counseling and therapy for a range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioural, and relationship issues, using structured, evidence-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing counseling and therapy services to clients with various psychological concerns
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on client needs

Requirements:
  • Master's in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (M.Phil / Ph.D / RCI preferred but not mandatory)
  • 3+ years of hands-on therapy experience
  • Empathetic, professional, and client-focused approach
  • Belief in structured and ethical methods of care
